The Big Book of Sad Songs, Volume 1 is the fourth solo album by Paul Hyde of the Payola$, released in 2002 by Bongo Beat. It was his first acoustic album. Actor Russell Crowe recorded Hyde's song "I Miss My Mind the Most" for his own album My Hand, My Heart.
